Doc’s Place Catering Menu
Vegetables and Dip- Mixed seasonal vegetable
(usually celery, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli)
piled high with Ranch Dressing: $35.00
Spinach Quesadilla- fresh spinach and cheese
grilled on flour tortilla and served with sour
cream and salsa (48 wedges): $40.00
Cheese and Pepperoni- 4 lbs of mixed cheeses
cubed with pepperoni and crackers and served
with Ranch Dressing: $45.00
Smoked Turkey Quesadilla- smoked turkey
and Jalapeno Jack cheese with tomatoes
grilled on flour tortilla and served with sour
cream and salsa (48 wedges): $60.00
½ and ½ tray- ½ vegetable tray and ½ cheese
and pepperoni tray, all together. (better for smaller
groups): $40.00
Grilled Chicken Quesadilla- grilled chicken
with sautéed onions and peppers, cheese
grilled on flour tortilla and served with sour
cream and salsa (48 wedges): $60.00
Chicken Tenders-Our freshly breaded chicken
tenders (approximately 100 bite sized pieces)
with choice of Creamy Garlic or BBQ: $40.00
Meatballs- fresh miniature meatballs baked
with choice of Marinara, Sweet and Sour,
or Swedish sauce (120 pieces): $50.00
Cheese Sticks-Deep fried cheese sticks Served with

Fiesta dip- Mexican dip layered in large
casserole with refried beans, sour cream,
salsa, onions, tomatoes, black olives, jalapeno
peppers, lettuce, and your choice of grilled
chicken or seasoned ground beef, served with

Spinach and Artichoke dip- Baked in large
casserole and served with fresh homemade

Nacho Tray- Large pan piled high with nachos
and cheese, baked, and topped with lettuce,
tomatoes, onions, jalapeno peppers, black

Doc’s Famous Jumbo Wings- 100 large wings
with your choice of buffalo, BBQ, or Cajun
sauce. Served with Bleu Cheese dressing or
Ranch dressing for dipping. You may split
order with two different sauces: $70.00

with seasoned ground beef and baked with
